On 2 October 2025, Kaus-e-Kazah Welfare Organization signed an MOU with the Embassy of Japan as part of their GGP commitment to Pakistan. The title of the MOU is “Construction of Primary School in Maskeenabad Rawalpindi”. During the event, the importance of the collaborations between Japan and Pakistan was highlighted and emphasis was given on how this collaboration has helped foster a healthy relationship between the two countries. They appreciated that this is the second MOU signed between Kaus-e-Kazah Welfare Organization and GGP, noting that the first MOU was signed with Consulate General of Japan and was also focused on education. This MOU signing highlighted the work that the organization will complete, and the milestones that will be achieved through the construction of the primary school building..
It was highlighted that KKO and one other NGO had signed MOUs with the Embassy of Japan as part of the GGP program.

In accordance with the MOU, Kaus-e-Kazah Welfare Organization is also committed to providing fortnightly progress reports to the Embassy of Japan.
