An achievement shield distribution took place at the President’s house, where KKO was honored by The Honorable President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, for their outstanding services to the underprivileged.

Special Children’s Day and White Cane Day are celebrated annually by KKO to bring joy to children with special needs. These events are attended by children from both government and private schools, as well as various organizations, ensuring active participation and happiness.

Humanitarian services, exhibition, conference and awards play a significant role in recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of different organizations and individuals within the community. Officials from various sectors such as government, private, industries, education, and technical training are invited to participate and appreciate these efforts.

A Women’s Expo is specifically organized for women running small businesses, providing them with a platform to showcase and sell their products, thereby earning an income. With over 100 stalls, this expo is held every year.
