Kaus-e-Kazah Welfare Organization has successfully completed the financial audit 2023-2024. This financial audit was focused on clarifying the expenditures for KKO projects and how the project costs were completed. KKO Audit had been successfully appreciated for the work that was completed.

It is registered with and is an implementation partner of Punjab Charity Commission, Social Welfare Department Government of Punjab, Punjab Welfare Trust for the Disabled, Sindh Education Foundation and Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education Department of the Governments of Sindh and Punjab. It has been focused towards supporting education since 2003.
